Govorun D. Management of banking activity on the basis of corporate governance principles

Role of banks in the system of financial relations, essence and aims of man-agement of banking activity have been researched. Specifics of corporate governance in banks have been systematized and role and it has been given proof of place of corporate governance principles in management of banking activity. Management of banking activity in Ukrainian banks has been analyzed and comparative analysis of corporate governance influence on sustainable development of banks has been done. Foreign experience of usage of corporate principles has been done. Scientific and methodological approach to management of banking activity on the basis of instruments of general economic equilibrium modeling has been improved. Main aspects of improving effectiveness of management of banking activity through taking into consideration stakeholders' motives have been formed. Vector for further development of supervision of financial institutions and regulation system regarding principles of corporate governance has been defined.
