The object:uveitis and hypertension. Purpose: Improve treatment of hypertensive patients with uveitis on the basis of study of the state of peroxidation processes and the subsequent correction of violations through. Methods: The ophthalmic, biochemical, statistical. Slit lamp, ophthalmoscope. Found that the development the inflammatory process in uveal tract of animals with hypertension results in increase in the content of intermediate and end products of lipid peroxidation in chamber moisture compared with uveitis. Discovered that the inflammatory process in the uveal tract play hypertension is decrease in the activity of superoxidedismutase, glutathioneperoxidase and catalase in tissues anterior chamber angle in comparison with the control. Combined use of lipophilic and water-soluble antioxidants in animals with hypertension in uveitis prevents violation of enzymatic antioxidant system. Patients with uveitis and hypertension greatly increases the level of intermediate and end products of lipid peroxidation in tears. The use of antioxidants significantly reduce the concentration of malonic dialdehyde by 31.8% and conjugated diene by 31.6%, in tears. The high efficiency of combined application of water-soluble and lipophilic antioxidants in treatment of uveitis patients with hypertension.
