Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of administrative and legal measures of proprietary information protection in the sphere of public authorities of Ukraine. Administrative and legal nature of the service information is analyzed in the work. There is proved the existence of three applications of the legal institute of proprietary information:1) derivative information namely information which as the result of integration may become state secrets and information, isolated from the block of classified information; 2) the protection of information, access to which is restricted under law, during the transfer of such information to government bodies and local self-government; 3) protection of commercial information in the activity of the specific subjects of civil relations.
