Osinska O. The Effectiveness of a State Regulatory Mechanism of Forming Market Socially Oriented Economy in Ukraine

Object: processes of becoming the market social oriented economy in Ukraine. Purpose: ground theoretic and methodological principles of improvement of efficiency of state regulator mechanism in the conditions of forming of the social oriented model of development of economy of Ukraine. Methods: position and principles structurally functional analysis, dialectics, historical method; analogy, comparative analysis; analysis and synthesis, approach of the systems, methods of grouping and classification. It is offered: methodical approaches of estimation to efficiency of state regulator mechanism in the conditions of forming of the social oriented form of market economy of Ukraine. It is offered: dependence of basic parameters which characterize the reproductive module and module of labor force, from volumes and structure of social charges of the state budget of country and dynamics of economic development of country, classification of basic economic functions of the state, methodological approaches, in relation to forming of elements state regulator mechanism. Scope of usage: executive public authorities.
