The dissertation studies bearing capacity of normal cross-sections, regidity and crack resistance of bending reinforced concrete elements, strengthened with the composite materials in the stretched zone at a single action and small cycled load. There has been improved the method of calculating of the bearing capacity of normal cross-section of bending reinforced concrete elements, strengthened by the composite materials under the influence of single and small cycled loads on them. There have been developed the recommendations on practical (engineering) application of the offered methodology.
