Kalinina G. The formation mechanisms of the jont operation of housing and communal services.

The object of the research is the process of creation of the mechanism, which forms joint systems, responsible for functioning of housing and communal services company. The aim of this thesis is substantiation of the scientific-methodological propositions and practical recommendations for introduction and implementation into the system of governmental economy regulation of the mechanism, which forms jointly functioning systems of the housing and communal services companies of Ukraine. Methods of research: historic-economical method of analysis of the marginal theory, the marginal utility, supply and demand; methods of structural analysis of the indicators and elements of the formation mechanism of the jointly functioning, housing and communal services companies; analysis methods the graph theory, mathematical logic and the probability theory. The implementation will provide an increase of quality and effectiveness of measures, taken in formation of housing and communal services companies.
