Theoretical and methodological aspects of economical efficiency of fixed assets using of farms have been investigated. The essence of economical efficiency of fixed assets using have been revealed and factors that form its level have been identified. The composition, structure, condition of assets have been estimated, the level and dynamics of performance efficiency have been determined. Discovered reserves efficiency of fixed assets using. Proposals for optimizing capital costs for replacement of fixed assets using of farms have been justified. A basic ways of improving the efficiency of fixed assets using have been developed. The directions of ecologization of fixed assets using have been determined.
