The object of research - surface phenomena at the interface The aim is to develop new elastomer compositions based on general-purpose rubbers and crushed vulcanizate modified from an aqueous solution of nitrogen-containing compounds by determining the optimum process parameters modification and optimization of the elastomeric compositions containing modified ground vulcanizate. Research methods. Experimental data were obtained by standard methods of physical and mechanical studies vulcanizates according to existing standards. First developed elastomeric composition based on general-purpose rubbers and a modified ground vulcanizate by optimizing process parameters modification ground vulcanizate from aqueous solutions containing compounds and to determine the optimal composition of the elastomeric compositions. For the first time to modify the ground vulcanizate investigated aqueous solutions of nitrogen-containing compounds, the optimal process parameters are modified, by inverse gas chromatography studied thermodynamic properties of natural rubber for the nitrogen-containing compound. Revealed a synergistic effect of increasing the level of strength properties of vulcanized together with modifications as ground vulcanizate from aqueous solutions containing compounds and elastomeric compositions by introducing pitches in the elastomer matrix. The choice of the type of equipment for the production of rubber mixtures based on general-purpose rubbers with ground vulcanizates modified from aqueous solutions containing compounds.
