The analysis of the present condition of food - stuffs market in Lugansk region is conducted. Methods of estimation of marketing strategies economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises development, organizational structure are worked out. The model and algorithm of marketing strategies formation of agricultural enterprises development providing maximum profits are worked out.
