The thesis summarized theoretical position about the nature of organizational-economic mechanism of strategic management of agricultural enterprises. Analysis of production and economic factors of economic activity of agricultural enterprises were done. Assessment of the effectiveness of the strategic management of agricultural enterprises were given. Directions of strategic management of agricultural enterprises in the modern world were proposed. Economic model as a way to improve the strategic management agricultural enterprises was developed. The method of estimation of parameters determining the economic effectiveness of management strategies was improved.
