Bohatyryova N. Religiosity and criminal justice: philosophical and social aspects

The thesis presents a comprehensive study of correlation of religiosity and criminal justice. Peculiarities of formation and nature of religion and law, their relationship. Revealed that the criminal situation in Ukraine suggests that a significant number of crimes carried out and on religious grounds. Religion and law affecting the socially relevant behaviour, this effect can be equally important , but not always, he has one and the same qualitative trend. Religious ideas in the historical movement of humanity change, but religious and moral attitude - the conquest of their own free will demands a higher early and the requirements community, the society - should be always and everywhere the same course. Law serves as the lower limit or a minimum of morality. The historical process - a long and difficult path of transition from beast humanity to god of humanity.
