Thesis is devoted to development of theoretical basis and scientific- practical proposals in management of efficiency of enterprise's intellectual capital using. The object of the research is the process of management of efficiency of enterprise's intellectual capital using. During the time of research the next methods of scientific cognition were exploited: dialectical, analytical, system, the method of economic analysis, sociological, mathematic modelling method. It is specified the specificity of process of management of efficiency of enterprise's intellectual capital using. The features of current regulatory documentation in intellectual capital accounting are summarized in the context of management of efficiency of enterprise's intellectual capital using. The advantages and disadvantages of models of intellectual capital efficiency evaluation (qualitative, quantitative and combined) are revealed. The tools of stuff evaluation in the context of it's influence on efficiency of intellectual capital using is developed. It is proposed the tool to evaluate the level of person's and team's readiness to use intellectual capital of enterprise. It's proposed the way for complex evaluation of the level of enterprise's intellectual capital efficiency over calculating not only tangible, but intangible effects too. It is offered the proposals in intellectual capital using efficiency increasing. Key words: management, intellectual capital efficiency, complex efficiency evaluation.
