Geydor A. Enterprise's capital management (based on materials the enterprise's building materials industry of Ukraine)

Processes ensuring effective operation of enterprises in the modern business environment. Justification of theoretical and methodological approaches to formation of capital management system of the enterprise and development of practical recommendations for its implementation and evaluation of its effectiveness. The system of general and special methods, namely the dialectical method of cognition, the method of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical comparisons, selective sampling and grouping, extrapolation, results enlargement, quantitative methods of financial and factor analysis, expert methods of choosing indicators, deviations, economic and statistical analysis, the smallest squares, scenarios method, simulation of enterprise’s development. There has been justified and proposed methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of implementation of multipurpose capital management system of the enterprise, which is based on three-vector model of capital functioning, taking into account cost, process and situational management and constructed in accordance with the concept of circulation of capital, considering the cyclical stages of development; there has been improved multipurpose system of capital management which is based on the theoretical components of creation of capital management systems with separation of function blocks of input, execution and control analysis, and ensures effective development of an enterprise in a dynamic environment. A methodical approach has been proposed to polycriteria assessment of capital management effectiveness based on structuring of related processes, and involving the implementation of five multipurpose stages and allowing for determination of the optimal structure of the sources of capital formation and level of efficient ensuring of its profitability and recovery considering activity specific to the enterprise.
