Galich R. The Main Ways to Protect Labour Rights of Employees

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the main labour rights of employees and the ways of their protection. There was studied the system of the main labour rights of employees, the essence of measures and ways of protection labour rights by the legislation of Ukraine; the procedure of solving labor disputes; the peculiarities of their executing; also certain issues of supervision and control over observing labour legislation as the way of labour rights protection. The author gave his own determination to the notions of labour legal procedure, studied and made his own conclusions concerning correlation of the notions "supervision" and "control" over observing labour legislation.
