Topcheeva Y. Means of ensuring and strengthening of labor discipline

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of security and strengthening of labor discipline in the enterprise. In this paper we define concepts such as discipline, work discipline, disciplinary liability, a mechanism to ensure labor discipline, disciplinary proceedings, a disciplinary offense, motivation, promotion. We propose a mechanism to ensure proper work discipline and proved most effective and efficient tools that are not yet sufficiently developed in the Ukrainian society. Analyzes of the scientific and legal sources, which are defined on the basis of the main shortcomings of modern legislation and concepts on labor discipline, the tendencies and perspectives of legal regulation of certain aspects of labor discipline.
