Panchenko M. Legal Regulation of the Status of Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine as the Subjects of Labour Law

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of current theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of the status of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine as the subjects of labour law. There was defined the state of theoretical study of the employment activity of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the legal science. The author gave his own determination to such notions as "employment activity of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine", "labour law status of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine", "principles of legal regulation of status of employees of the Security Service of Ukraine", "legislative provision of passing service in the Security Service of Ukraine", "combining of work and part-time work in the Security Service of Ukraine"; determined the essence of legal relations between the subjects of labour law while serving in the Security Service of Ukraine; analyzed its peculiarities.
