During the scientific research, there was defined the fact, that considering judges as a labor law subjects setts up a specialized legal status to them.The working and resting time of judges are based on a law principles. The law regulation of the working and resting time of judges uses law acts, subordinatory regulatory acts, international regulatory acts. The ways to improve the current situation with the judges working and resting time law regulation is to reform current Labor Code of Ukraine and the Legislation Act of Ukraine "About the court system organization of Ukraine and judges status".
