Object of study - electric arc coating with cored wires base system Fe-Cr-B-C-Al. Purpose - to develop new powder wire base system Fe-Cr-B-C-Al to form electric coating to improve heat resistance and abrasive wear resistance of steels. The use of cored wires simplifies selection elements, which can not be achieved in the solid section wires. The technique allowed the study to determine the mechanical properties as well as the intensity of oxidation and hazoabrazyvne wear coatings. The observed dependence of the modulus of elasticity of coatings on temperature and exposure time. Found that monolithic and solid surface oxide film on the surface with high resistance to wear under hazoabrazyvnomu temperature 600°C, the process of erosion wear and mikrorizannya slats covering, and at room temperature fracture occurs by chipping whole lamella coatings.
