The thesis is devoted to the study of the clinical features of periodontal tissues status and pathogenetic substantiation treatment of periodontal diseases, immunological disorders of bone metabolism in patients with generalized periodontitis on the background of burn disease, development and implementation of a treatment method of generalized periodontitis in these patients with usage of local therapy, and general therapy by osteotropic medecine ("Calсemin Advance") and immunocorrective therapy by ("Galavitum") and also with circuit of individual oral hygiene. During the clinical examination of patients with burn, disease was installed a high prevalence of periodontal disease (89,3+0,1) %, and particular (75,2+0,2) % generalized periodontitis. This is considerably higher than the same in the examinees without the somatic diseases. The results of biochemical blood analysis and of oral fluid - evidence of inhibition of the processes regenerative and spread destructive processes in the bone tissue. The violating of mineralizing function of saliva on the background of burn injury. According to the densitometry data was established that osteo deficient states is 81,4 % in patients, and 61,8 % of osteopenia as well. Long-term results of treatment with osteotropic drugs and immunomodulating activities in the complex treatment of periodontal diseases showed significant improvement in clinical and immunological parameters of periodontal tissues with applying the proposed set of preventive measures and the feasibility of its introduction in the clinic of therapeutic dentistry for patients with generalized periodontitis against burn disease..
