Oliynyk Y. Economic adjusting of the electricity market of Ukraine

The object of research: the processes of state economic regulation of natural monopolies in the electric power. Objective: To study the theoretical and methodological principles of state economic regulation of the electricity market of Ukraine. Methods: systematic, analysis and synthesis, quantitative comparisons, time series analysis, visual-graphic method, logic generalization. Novelty: first, a new approach to state policy regulating supply and demand in electricity market of Ukraine is proposed, the essence of which lies in the implementation of special measures, improved methodological approach to the pricing system for electricity market through the use of "green tariff" for electricity generated from renewable energy, which, unlike existing one factor to take into account inflation, respectively - price changes in other areas, and implementation of electricity tariff, which will include fixed and variable components, the approach to use derivatives in the electric power of Ukraine, including the types of derivatives , the sequence of steps implementing the derivatives market; subjects of control and regulation of its circulation. Scope: in the activity of JSC "Zakhidenergo", Working Group on development of the Wholesale Electricity Market of Ukraine of the Wholesale Electricity Market of Ukraine and Managing Coal and Fuel and Energy Complex of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
