The aim of the research is the scientific study of the theoretical and practical recommendations to improve the financial and economic mechanism for small business. The object of study is the process of financial and economic conditions for development of small business in a market influenced by external and internal factors. The subject of the study is a set of economic methods, tools and instruments functioning of small enterprises in the financial sector. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the modern theory of the market economy, the conceptual provisions of regulatory policy, proceedings domestic and foreign scholars on issues of financial and economic mechanism for small business.
