Object – the process of forming of registration politics of enterprises. Goal – development of theoretical principles of registration politics in forming of information for a management in pastry industry of Ukraine. Methods – design, comparison, theoretical generalization, expert estimations of weak and strong parties, regressive analysis. A novelty consists in the ground of theoretical positions of registration politics and lineation of ways of her adaptation to the terms of activity of pastry industry of Ukraine. It is inculcated in the Vinnytsya pastry factory of «Roshen», LTD « the Vinnytsya candy», the «Pastry house of «Vacak», in the educational process of the Vinnytsya institute of economy of the Ternopil national economic university.
