Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the definition of the ethnolinguistic specifics of the literary and dialectal phraseological units of the phrase-semantic field "speech activity" in the modern Turkish language. The classification of the phraseological units is represented by the following chain link: phrase-semantic field - phrase-semantic microfield - phrase-semantic group - phrase-semantic microgroup. Phraseological units of one categorical meaning are united into six microfields, based on the concrete semes - "speech tempo and volume", "scope of speech", "quality of speech", "style of speech", "veracity / inveracity of speech", "phase of speech". The classification of the phraseological variants gave grounds to single out lexical, quantitative and mixed types. The systematization of the dialectal phraseological units enabled the establishment of their quantitative correlation to the Turkish literary phraseological units. Due to the enthnoliguistic approach towards the study of the phraseology, the psychomental and linguocultural features of the Turkish ethnos, specifics of the ethnic map of the world and originality of the Turkish phraseological system were established.
