Essay

Object – designing and manufacturing technology of honeycomb design (HD) for aerospace purposes. Purpose – improving the quality of the HD of aerospace engineering. Research methods – characteristics adjustment, finite element, of theory of elasticity, processing of the experiment, physicochemical. Results – correction methods of mechanical characteristics of honeycomb core (HC), energy-saving forming technology of the HD. Scientific novelty – adjustment method of mechanical characteristics of HC, methods of determining of the HD adhesive joint bearing capacity, electro-physical method of optimization of solidification modes of HD. The results are applied in "UkrNIITM." Industry – aircraft and rocket production.
