Dissertation is devoted the analysis of methodological principles and system of administrative-legal counteraction offences which are accomplished foreigners in Ukraine, in particular, concept and features of administrative-legal status of foreigners in Ukraine, modern state of offences after their participation, concept and structure of counteraction these offences, legal providing of counteraction, to them. The administrative-legal mechanism of counteraction offences which are accomplished foreigners in Ukraine is considered, in particular outlined its purpose, task and principles, the system of its subjects and problems of their co-operation is found out.
