Kymlyk N. Features investigation of crimes related to corruption

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research questions of combating corruption. The paper highlights the key stages of the genesis of corruption as a social and legal phenomenon, its typical features, which were formed in different countries and regions, examines the concept of corruption and corruption. The features of the constituent elements of corruption, set the typical signs of ways to prepare, commit and conceal corruption, as well as the stages of investigation of such crimes to the new criminal procedure law. The research topics outlined particular methods of combating corruption and its components, are described the tactics used during the pre-trial investigation of crimes related to corruption, and recommendations for the practical application of these techniques in accordance with the provisions of procedural law.
