Shkin O. Strategy of innovation development of Ukrainian municipal economy (on the example of system of centralized water supply and wastewater treatment).

The theoretical basis and practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of the strategy of innovation development of the municipal economy of Ukraine are grounded in the dissertation work. On the basis of analysis of main issues of the theory of innovation activity the principal provisions of the current paradigm of strategic management of innovation activity of economic entities have received further elaboration as a basis for development of strategy of innovation progress of municipal economy of the country. The peculiarities of municipal economy, which distinguish this sector of national economy as an object of state regulation, are explained. The analysis of world experience in sphere of state management of municipal economy is made.
