Scientific-theoretical and practical questions of administrative-legal regulation of consideration and decision of disputes in administrative courts connected with deportation of foreigners and persons without a citizenship are researched in the dissertation. Theoretical positions, connected with determination of legal nature and features of disputes connected with deportation of foreigners and persons without a citizenship as a subject of the administrative legal proceeding are considered, the analysis of features of structure of such disputes is carried out with description of the selected elements, classification of disputes which arise from deportation of foreigners and persons without a citizenship is carried out.
