Yrchenko Y. Intellectual capital management of construction enterprises in terms of innovation development

The work is dedicated to theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical aspects of intellectual capital management of construction enterprises and justification of the main directions of improving the management system of this asset. The work represents the system of intellectual capital management of construction enterprises, which as an integrated strategic management tool is based on the six functional subsystems: diagnosis, planning, investment, motivation, usage and intensive development. The methodology of intellectual capital evaluation is proposed, built on a set of operations on the development of hierarchical indicators pyramid, which allows to calculate the integral indicator of intellectual capital development, reflecting the created by the construction enterprise unique combination of intellectual assets. Publication of intellectual capital statements makes one of the elements of intellectual capital management system implementation, which should be designed to identify and demonstrate elements of this asset to make them visible and accessible to management. Nowadays construction enterprises are encouraged to use a common structure of intellectual capital statement consisting of four sections that describe the enterprise's business model, define intellectual capital, reflects intellectual capital assessment and interpretation of its results and form a strategy for managing this asset.
