Essay

Object is electrodynamic processes in quasioptical and waveguide resonant structures with discontinuities. The purpose is to study the peculiarities of the electromagnetic spectrum EHF fluctuations in this structures and using them to determine the dielectric parameters of materials. Methods of research are the ones of stat. physics, radio engineering, math. statistics. The influence of discontinuities and their parameters on the frequency spectrum of electromagnetic oscillations in the resonant structures is shown. The method of measuring the imaginary part of the refraction factor by changes of frequency in the generator which stabilized by resonator is propose. Sphere of the use is radio physics, dielectrometry.
