Object - Organizational and economic processes of innovation development of national economy. Purpose of study - Substantiation of methodological principles of development of national economy in the context of cyclicality of economic processes, technological changes and elaboration of practical recommendations on ensuring conditions of formation of a new technological mode in Ukraine. Methods and apparatus - For analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; system and comparison analysis, hypothetic and axiomatic methods, specification and modeling method. Theoretical and practical results - An innovation system of a new technological mode of economy is proposed and substantiated. A system of program measures of implementation of state innovation policy towards ensuring formation and development of the economy of the new technological mode. Novelty - A detailed structure of innovation system of formation of the economy of the technological mode related to changing generations of technologies and synchronized with global economic cycles and which accounts for a technological and branch component and provides for creating an institutional environment for ensuring a flow of new knowledge and breakthrough technologies, is proposed.
