Dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, spe-tsialnosti 05/05/08 - Machine for steel making. - National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk, 2012 Thesis is devoted to the rational parameters of the vertical centrifugal casting machine to mill rolls, research vibration machine to reduce them and improve the reliability of the support units of the machine and the quality of two-layer rolls. The thesis provided new evidence-based theoretical and experimental results, which together are essential to justify the selection of dynamic and rational parameters of the vertical centrifugal casting machine to mill rolls. Problems are solved in a comprehensive theoretical and experimental study of real construc-struction vertical centrifugal casting machine to mill rolls, operated at metallurgy. The study of the model allowed to determine the design parameters of the rational reference nodes and elements of the elastic system of centrifugal machines for the production of two-layer rolls. Substantiated operating characteristic molding machine rolls weighing up to 12 tons and barrel diameter 720-810 mm. Determined elastic mass and dynamic characteristics, which excludes vibro operation support system of centrifugal machines for the production of two-layer rolls. The calculation of the critical frequencies and amplitudes of the oscillations of the centrifugal machine in steady state and transient operating conditions. Predicted partial balancing machines form and influence the flow of the liquid metal on the fluctuation of the machine.
