The present Candidate Thesis is among the first complex studies in Ukrainian Administrative Law into a problem of administrative delicts classification. The Dissertation deals with definition and distinctive features of administrative delicts; causes that force administrative delicts to be classified; analysis of existing classifications of administrative delicts. The set of all elements of administrative offense is analyzed; violations are classified by their essential elements of the object, objective side, subject and subjective side that constitute juridical components of administrative delict.
