3. The thesis is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of treatment with dental hard tissues furkation perforation by using the calcium-silicaaluminum cement and platelet rich automembrane. To conduct biomechanical calculations using finite element method was created three-dimensional model dvuhkornevogo tooth and periodontal tissue.The highest voltage level marked in furcations roots with a diameter of 2 mm perforation (8.38 MPa). Proved that the formation of the ledge of 0.5 mm reduces the amount of stress concentrations by 25-30%. The use of this method of treatment furcation perforations of dental hard tissues showed therapeutic efficacy compared to conventional treatment, helped to reduce the duration of treatment, to improve clinical radiographic indicators 2-fold in patients with furcation perforations of hard dental tissues and chronic granulomatous periodontitis and 3.8-fold in patients with furcation perforations of hard dental tissues and chronic granulating periodontitis
