Essay

Object - nonstationary, nonlinear and fractal processes in tasks of geospace physics and space radiophysics. Aim - increasing informativity of remote radio sounding in solving geospace physics and space radiophysics problems by applying Wigner and Choi-Williams transforms. Methods - wigner- and choi-williams- analyzes, which based on the use of Wigner and Choi-Williams transforms; spectral analysis, which based on the use of traditional dynamic Fourier transform; the method of computer simulation and theoretical method. Results - the information content of remote radio sounding methods by application of analysis and signal processing of nonlinear Wigner and Choi-Williams transforms is increased. Implementation - IRE NASU, V.N. Karazin KNU, Space Research Institute / NSAU (Kiev) and others organizations involved in the processing of signals received by remote radio sounding methods. Application - research of the ionosphere and circumterrestrial space; remote radio sounding of the environment
