Golovko A. Models and methods of processing and transmission of digital photo and video information for decision making in automated information systems

Object of study - digital photos and video, as a source of information for intelligent information systems for decision-making; goal - the development and modification of the algorithms processing and transmission of video information for decision-making in information systems to improve the efficiency of routine tasks of digital image analysis; methods - the processing and analysis of digital photos and video, the mathematical modeling of filtration and vector analysis by which developed the methodological foundations of automated systems of selecting an object on a digital photographic image and its segmentation. The main instruments of the study were: software package MatLab, Simulink in which research methods and mathematical modeling of coding errors in the data paths of computer local area networks, and integrated software development environment Visual Studio 6.0/2005 which have carried out development tools to build specialized Automated System for photos and video; implemented - in the educational process of NUS Nikolaev, at the design stage security surveillance systems L.t.d "Konus Ukraine"; Guidelines for using the results of the thesis - the further exploitation of the thesis results are useful in the development of CCTV, process control systems.
