The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal aspects of Security Services of Ukraine management. The historical stages of formation and development of Security Services of Ukraine are considered. There are defined the methodological foundations of Security Services of Ukraine management, specifically, its essence, features, functions and system, as well as the functional and organizational structure of Security Services of Ukraine, that is their purpose, tasks and organizational framework. The administrative and legal status of Security Services of Ukraine is analyzed.
