Vasilkiv F. The Administrative-Legal Mode and Activity of Internal Affairs Bodies in the District of Special Operations Realization

The complex scientific research of the conduct of the administrative-legal mode during realization of anti-terror operation by internal affairs bodies is carried out in the dissertation. The essence of the administrative-legal mode is investigated and the features of the administrative-legal mode while realization of the special operation are determined. The grounds, conditions and the order of emergency state introduction in the case of occurring of the terroristic act threat are determined. The pre-conditions of terrorism's origin and development are also defined. The analysis of the legal framework of combating terrorism is conducted and the classification of terrorism is implemented on this basis. In addition in the dissertation the grounds of establishment and abolition of the special administrative-legal mode in the district of realization of anti-terror operation are determined.
