Ivakha V. Administrative and legal regulation of the state staff policy of Ukraine

The thesis deals with the examination of the administrative and legal regulation of the state staff police. The definitions to the "state staff policy", "staff", "staff policy", "principles of state staff policy", "principles of regulation of state staff policy" are suggested. The peculiarities of institutional mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the state staff policy of Ukraine which consists of the formation and realization of the state staff policy and the state control of realization the type of the policy mentioned above are defined. The plot of the means, which are applied by staff services to the staff apparatus, is revealed. The organizational and legal problems of improving the administrative and legal regulation of the state staff policy are paid attention to.
