The dissertation provides a systematic analysis of the psychological peculiarities of understanding and applying the rules of disciplined behavior of children of primary school age with violation of intellectual development. The goals, objectives, content, complex method of forming understanding and application of the rules of disciplined behavior by children of primary school age with violations of intellectual development are determined. The developing of a holistic pedagogical formation of disciplined behavior in primary school children with violation of intellectual development is done, namely a special selection of content, teaching tools, organizational forms gradually becoming components of discipline according to their nature, characteristics and features complete manifestation in children.
