The significant changes of criminal procedural mechanism for transferring the case to another investigative, including investigative powers proposed for the consent of the head of the investigation department may request the prosecutor to determine the jurisdiction of the criminal case. It was found specific of judicial control, prosecutorial oversight and internal control, we have a need to strengthen procedural safeguards law concerning the application of criminal procedural rules of investigative jurisdiction. Proposals for improvement of the current criminal procedural legislation regarding issues jurisdiction of criminal cases is found out.
