Olihovska M. Organizational economic arguments of formation and development of the agribusiness enterprises

The theoretical and methodological principles of functioning and development of agribusiness enterprises are summarized in the thesis, the role and importance of food chain for the enterprises development are substantiated, the economic nature of agribusiness enterprises, their importance for the economy and society are investigated, the institutional principles of agribusiness functioning, the process peculiarities of its formation and development today in Ukraine are defined, and the methodological approaches to the evaluation of institutional support of the agribusiness enterprises development are given. The state and agribusiness enterprises development peculiarities in the region are analysed, the economic evaluation of individual agrarian enterprises functioning on different levels of agribusiness system (producers, processors, implementators) and the analysis of the financial situation of agricultural enterprises are carried out. The strategy of development and increase of agribusiness enterprises efficiency functioning and are substantiated, the proposals for the enterprises functioning improvement are worked out. The necessity to provide the mechanism of the agribusiness subjects integration in order to increase the efficiency of functioning and the development of enterprises is grounded. The approaches to improve the state support of agribusiness including positive foreign experience of entrepreneurship development are defined. The improvement tend of agribusiness enterprises regulation activity, that takes into account the necessity of the harmonious combination of self-regulation mechanisms, government regulation, the impact of the institutional environment and public organizations is suggested.
