Tarasyuk V. Substantiation of technology and means of forming of granules on the sapropel basis.

The object of research is the process of forming of organic-mineral fertilizer granules based on sapropel of natural state by rolling on the heated surface.Research Methods. The modern ideas about the processes of conductive drying, plastic body movement on the heated surface with taking into account of of higher mathematics, discrete environments physics, theoretical mechanics and mathematical statistics were used in the theoretical researches. Experimental studies were conducted in the laboratory according to known and newly developed techniques. Available samples of obtained pellets were tested for quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Rational technical and constructive-kinematic parameters of granule forming means were determined by the method of multivariate mathematical planning of the experiment. Theoretical calculations and statistical processing of the experimental data were carried out using PC.
