Notovskiy P. Forming of strategies of investment risk estimation on electroenergetic enterprises

Research object are: the process of forming risk evaluation during the estimating of electric energy distribution enterprises investment effectiveness in Ukraine. Research purpose are: development of methodical approaches of forming strategy of risks evaluation considering subjective components in uncertainty for electroenergetic enterprises. Research methods are: system analysis method, theoretical generalizing method, synthesis method; statistic analysis method; structure analysis and compare methods; expert estimation methods; abstract logic approach; fuzzy logic and mathematical modulating methods. Theoretical and practical results: are in development of the investment planning system on electroenergetic enterprises. Proposed developments applying lets to define and to analyze effectiveness of the electric energy distribution company management which are depended of investment intentions. Novelty : are in development of methodical approach of electroenergetic enterprises investment risk estimation, which considers multiplicative factors of interactions among investment process subjects and relative productions; economic matrix model of forming investment management strategy of electric energy distribution company, which considers quantitative and qualitative risk data; approach of considering investment risk subject component, the source of which is in enterprise organization structure, this considering is based on proposed expert competition degree index; were developed investment risks classification of electric energy distribution company; methodical ensuring of investment risk estimating and analysis with usage of fuzzy logic information in uncertainty conditions. Degree of introduction: the results of made research have been introduced in practical activity of JSC "Kharkivoblenergo", PJSC "Poltavaoblenergo", PJSC" in the educational process of department of organization of production and the personnel management of NTU "KHPI". Sphere of the use: practical investment activity of electroenergetic enterprises.
