Gordiуenko S. Methods improvement of parameters identification of management system information and communication network system in critical situations

The object of the thesis is the process of managing modern information and communication networks. The aim of the aforementioned research is to improve methods of determining management system parameters of information and communication networks in some critical situations. Exactly this gives an opportunity to improve substantially the efficiency of managerial and technological decisions regarding critical situations prevention and the failure of functioning information and communication networks. Methods of information theory, imitative simulation, experts assessment, infoentropic and methods of mass servicing theory are the main technics in the thesis. Theoretical and practical results, and the scientific novelty of the dissertation display many things, namely: the development of calculation methodology of managing information quantity, based on the information and entropic method; the suggestion of methodology of determining critical situation on the basis of dependent characteristic of error probability during data transmission from comparative increase of managing information quantity; the creation of the assessment model of management system efficiency parameters made by networks in critical situations; the algorithm in the sphere of programmed realization of MS ICN assessment parameters pattern in critical situations in the real time scale was introduced for the first time. The degree of implementation: can be used in the academic process of State University of Information and Communication Technology. Also can be used in "Ukrainian Research Institute of Communications" enterprise in accordance with the enactments of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, sectoral programs and plans on scientific and research works. The sphere of use is infocommunication.
