The dissertation is devoted to the modern issues of the administrative-legal support of the right to access to public information through the definition of the concept, structure and content of the administrative and legal provision of the law on access to public information, as well as the activities of the bodies of state power in this sphere. Investigated the mechanism of administrative and legal ensuring of the right to access to public information, the propositions on the improvement of the existing legislation, regulating activity of bodies of state power in this sphere.
