Essay

The object of research is the process of state regulation of the internal market of metallurgical products. Goal - the development of theory and rationale for guidelines to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the internal market of steel products. Research methods and equip-ment: provision of modern economic theory, structural-systematic approach to the analysis of theoretical views on the functioning of the market of metal, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction - in the classification of objects, factors, goals and objectives of state policy to stimulate the develop-ment of the internal market of steel products , methods of abstraction and con-cretization, analogies and comparisons - in the analysis and development of pro-posals for the choice of the main ways to improve state regulation of domestic steel market. Theoretical and practical results: the results can be the basis for the formation of sound policies and the optimal use of the potential of do-mestic metallurgical development of the internal market in the development of national and regional socio-economic development. Scientific novelty: a theo-retical generalization and a new solution of important scientific and practical problems - to ensure effective state regulation of the internal market of metal-lurgical products. The degree of implementation: the results are used in the practice of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council (certificate № 348/2/1-12 from 06.03.2012), the Association of Ukrainian steel industry (reference number 89/99 of 19.09.2012), the Donetsk Oblast Public Administration (certificate № 4-722 from 31.10.2012, the).
