Gutsu G. Economic-organizational bases of development of sea trade in bulk-oil cargoes in Ukraine

Object - the organisation of economic processes of sea trade in bulk cargoes; the purpose - working out of economic-organizational bases of functioning and development of transportations bulk-oil сargoes national subjects of managing as perspective sphere of enterprise activity of Ukraine; methods - a methodical basis is the system approach, laws and laws of the economic theory; scientific works and methodical workings out of leading domestic and foreign experts in the field of a transport economics, and also regulatory legal acts of Ukraine which regulate transport and clientele activity in sphere of sea transportations; novelty - consists in development of new theoretical and methodological positions which in aggregate define formation of economic-organizational bases of activization in Ukraine enterprise activity of sea trade by bulk-oil cargoes; Results - are offered scientifically-practical recommendations and results of researches can be used in work practice shipping the companies. Their use creates conditions for effective and rational use of strategic potential, creation of competitive advantages which will provide shipping to the companies proof positions in the local charter markets; it is introduced - practical results of dissertational research are introduced, that is confirmed by corresponding certificates, in research activity Institute of market problems and economico-ecological researches (the Certificate № 2 Institute of market problems and economico-ecological researches from 12.12.2009) and practical activities national shipping the companies (the Certificate № 01-09 АSК "Ukrrivershipping" from 23.01.2009.); branch - economy and management of the enterprises (by economic activities kinds).
