The level of strategic orientation and financial stability are evaluated. The author develops a model of two-way influence of factors of enterprise functioning. It is represented as fuzzy cognitive map and represents real tendencies of growth of economic and manufacturing positions at enterprise. The thesis determines factors necessary to be controlled for diagnosing the tendencies of enterprise development and getting a certain feedback by means of identifying necessary contribution into certain resources. It's done in order to achieve necessary strategic state of enterprise.
