The thesis is devoted to the theoretical generalization of the conceptual framework, the development of scientific and methodological states of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises. The definitions of "innovation activity" for the development of the theory of categorical innovation apparatus, the classification of features of innovative activity at enterprises were defined. The conceptual status of the management innovation activity of а machine-building enterprise on the basis of the strategy, scientific and methodical states for the estimation of its condition by using an index of innovative activity was suggested at enterprises of Donetsk region. Methodical approaches to modeling changes of innovation activity at machine-building enterprises were improved, strategic maps of supporting innovative activity at machine-building enterprise for using the program-based approach, the evaluation of which added by the system of indicators evaluation in its efficiency and effectiveness of its implementation in the enterprise activity were worked out. The propositions of complex organizational maintenance for operation of management system by increasing of innovation activity at an enterprise using computerized technologies of the creation of innovative product were proposed.
